Quantification
Can you really tell the difference between 3 and 4 millimeters of motion in a joint? The Mobil-Aider provides that level of precision and allows the user (both advanced practitioners and emerging clinicians alike) to identify exactly how much mobility/laxity is present in a joint. Clinical tests like the Lachman have a strong subjective element, leading some clinicians to supplement imaging to satisfy a patient's need for visual confirmation of an assessment. With the Mobil-Aider, you can provide patients with real-time feedback and peace of mind all in 1 device.
OBJECTIVE
Measurements are to 0.01 millimeter
GRADED
Quantify joint mobilization techniques on the continuum of grades (Grade I – IV)
IMPROVE TREATMENT
Track improvements and identify deficits to substantiate treatments
VALIDATED
Bench studies have validated Mobil-Aider’s measurements within +/- 5%
Versatility
Unlike the old KT1000, a device used just for the knee, the Mobil-Aider has a variety of ergonomically designed attachments to accommodate 5 joints for 14 techniques. The customization process is as simple as snapping in the color-coded attachment for the desired joint. The two different-sized dovetails make it easy for you to determine the correct side to snap in each attachment. The user manual and the learning modules available in our resources will help you get accustomed to the various attachments for each joint.

Affordability
Mobil-Aider may be able to enhance your billing potential and improve overall practice profitability. The Mobil-Aider device is an arthrometer capable of measuring joint mobility with precision and efficiency that can increase patient satisfaction and boost your return on investment. Additionally, as a provider, you may be able to use code 97750 (Physical Performance Test with Report) to assess joint mobility or 97140 (Manual Techniques) to qualify for reimbursement. The digital read-out on the Mobil-Aider provides information for this report.

INTUITIVE
Using the Mobil-Aider is just as simple as standardized manual therapy techniques but with more accurate and efficient results. The clinician simply places the device between their hands and the patient’s joint. Once the joint line is aligned with the device and the linear translation is performed, a digital display provides real-time quantification feedback. To make the Mobil-Aider even easier to use for all proficiency levels, we provide step-by-step user manuals and learning module videos available in our complimentary resources.
